With
LP siding you will usually find the failure occurring on the southern
and western exposures of your home, often referred to as the "weather"
sides of buildings here in the Northwest. The failure is caused by a
manufacturing defect that didn't cover and seal the "drip edge".
The result is that rain water collects, hangs and then wicks up into
the bottom of the siding eventually causing the fiber board to
deteriorate after several expansion and contraction cycles.
We
have developed a coating system, working with top quality
specialty coatings and a variety of application methods that
significantly increases the life of LP siding and at a cost much
less than replacement.
We've had excellent results with this process & many satisfied
customers (elated might be a better term) because of the excellent
results & the savings $$$ over the alternative. We are fully equipped
for siding replacement where necessary & will take the proper measures
to insure the integrity of your home.
